Returns & Refund Policy
At Sovereign Healing Co., we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the following return and refund guidelines before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in resalable condition.
To be considered resalable, products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and free from stains, leakage, or signs of handling.
Non-Returnable Products
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, no returns are accepted on products intended for internal use or consumption.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Herbal teas
• Herbal tinctures
• Herbal syrups
• Herbal powders
• Herbs and other products intended for internal consumption
How to Request a Return
To request a return:
1. Contact Sovereign Healing Co. at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and the name(s) of the product(s) you would like to return.
3. Please provide the reason for your return.
4. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
5. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending the product back.
6. Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and, if applicable, photographs of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. If the incorrect item was sent by Sovereign Healing Co., we will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.
Return Shipping
Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns. If Sovereign Healing Co. sent an incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, Sovereign Healing Co. will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
After the refund is processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
