Our support containers stands apart through its integrative, mother-centered approach that honors the complexity and longevity of the prenatal, postpartum and life long wellness journey. With a diverse clinical background that includes holistic health, emotional wellness, and herbal medicine, support goes far beyond basic newborn care, goal setting or nutrition support. It combines evidence-based strategies with intuitive guidance to meet each mother exactly where she is—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Unlike many other wellness containers that focus solely on food, stress management, baby's well-being or the immediate weeks after birth, this care model recognizes postpartum and wellness in general is years-long unfolding of identity, healing, and integration. It centers the woman wellness and emotional needs, offering a confidential, nonjudgmental space to process the profound transformation. Herbal and natural remedies are woven in to support the body’s innate healing, while guidance is offered through a trauma-informed and soul-nourishing lens.

This is not one-size-fits-all care—it is deeply personalized, rooted in both science and sacred connection.

Exploring your wellness—physically, emotionally, and energetically—and co-create a plan rooted in holistic support. You’ll leave feeling seen, empowered, and supported. From this session we will continue to build your tailored wellness plan and move at your pace.

We currently do not accept insurance, but we can provide documentation for you to submit for reimbursement.

Truly—nothing at all. You don’t need to clean up, get dressed, be out of bed, or even have eaten. I’m not coming to see a tidy home—I’m coming to care for you. This is a space where you can fully exhale, just as you are. Whether you're in your pajamas, holding a sleeping baby, or simply trying to make it through the day, that’s more than enough. My role is to meet you in your real life, with compassion and support—not expectations.
